Doctor
It's been ages since I visit the doctor.
I always nest myself at home & let it recover.
But I finally went to a TCM today after a canot-take-it-anymore-week of intense coughin.
This is the first time I had powdered medicine.
It tastes ok. Looks & smells ok too. Not that type which is so yucky, bitter & had to brew for hrs before you can take it. fyi, my dad drinks that kind.


I hope this rumoured superb TCM can cure me & bless my sweet voice to come back.
My throat hurts alot whenever I swallow I swear I can do whatever you want me to do to get me well again.
Coughin has been bad for my lungs & stomach.
She says I'm weak & need some pao shen.
Ok, and I better start lookin after my health from today onwards.
Abstain from heaty food (but I always do), eat more fruits (I do cuz my dad cuts them), grains, anti-oxidants (ok, mayb lotsa berries & dark chocos now on)...
And exercise.
I seriously need to go for a jog. I've been lazy & my bones feel so old in me.
Not eat so much butter-made stuff. so cny ain't nice anymore.
Transfat. This is of much issue recently but I don't think I ate them.
In terms of food, I'm pretty particular.


Yes, and the doc said sth so true.
I need to slp early.
No more late nights for me.
Or stayin up.
The latest I will go to bed will be 12am.
Night is meant for sleepin. I should slp, and well enough too.
Not be so lazy, slp early, wake up early.
