Intimidated
Just handed in my grp's EU1101E simulation briefs on thurs. Felt extremely intimidated by the research work & amt of effort done by others.
And Tracy's PR2202 ad looks cool too! Haha
Well, Sieutee is in Munich now. She's startin sch nxt wk. Took a look at her photos on msn space - very relaxed. Unis abroad are so much (i can't find a word to describe i'm sory) but I just felt too overwhelmed. You get to sit on grass, embrace the weather when you wake up at ur window, take a stroll or sth, not rush for anyt & really study cuz you love it. You love the place & you want to study. It's so different there. We're always rushin things here in NUS, in S'pore. It's not just the students; the lecturers, the tutors; they too have serious deadlines to meet. The school will slaughter them & us if we don't meet them. We're rushin to take the bus everyday. So afraid we can't catch the internal bus, so afraid 151 is overloaded & we will be late, so afraid that my cap can't reach here & there, so afraid I can't achieve this, get this & that. So hectic, frantic like HELL. This is so urban, which makes people want to get away, that's why tourism is thriving, not bcuz ppl are hella rich. Ppl are havin a little more on hand, mind you just a little cuz they've slogged away to earn this bit more to get away. And away it is. When you're back, you're just merely being brought back to reality AND ur sloggin life. And the vicious cycle goes on.
But stil, I want to get away. And a bit more on shopping, a way to contribute to the econ aft my sloggin life.
Exams are comin. I'm worried just like what i've written above. Here & there, we're always worrying. To get more, just not satisfied.
Sieutee is a nice person, bless her in Munich.
